I ordered a custom inflatable from this company. They sent me photos for my approval before shipping. The inflatable which included a blower motor located behind the inflatable which was exactly what I was expecting.  When the item arrived there was no tube to connect the inflatable with the blower motor. When I asked them where the missing component was they told me that I needed to locate the blower motor inside the inflatable. When the blower is located inside the inflatable sometimes the fabric of the inflatable covers the air intake and the inflatable will not inflate. I reached back out to explain the problem with their design and ask them to send me a connection tube between the inflatable and the blower (which they had show in their own photos) and they refused.  I have attached the photo sent sent me to approve with the blower tube and another photo of the inflatable on the roof of my business unable to inflate because the blower intake is inside.
